Bootylicious Bum (Glute) Workout

It’s saturday again, which can only mean one thing (ok two) getting to lie in and going for a gym sesh. If you want a nice perky bum you gotta put in the work! Heather and I tried this one out on Wednesday and it really started to hurt - pair it with 20 minutes cardio and you have done your good deed for the day! Try to keep the weights high for the best results!
