
Yum! I made this on Monday night after a long & sleepy day. It was amazing, described by my husband as ‘winter’ it was full of flavour, quick and super easy! The recipe makes enough for 2!
Ingredients:
- 50g of Plain Yogurt
- 1 Knorr Garlic Pot
- 1 lemon
- 1 carrot
- 1 red onion
- 1 slice of brown bread
- 350g of chicken breast
- Pinch of salt
Method:
- Heat the oven to 200 C and spray a roasting dish with spray oil.
- Mix the yogurt & garlic pot together in a bowl
- Cut chicken into pieces and mix into the yogurt mix - leave to the side
- Cut up the onion & carrot into chunks and lemon into slices
- Spoon the garlic chicken into the roasting dish, add all the vegetables and place the lemon slices on top
- Sprinkle with bread crumbs & salt
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until browned
